The Client: Aon
The Brief
Impact Forecasting, the catastrophe modeling centre of Aon hold an annual conference in London called Impact Forecasting Revealed. With key speakers and industry leaders attending from all over the world this is an important date in the reinsurance calendar. Aon wanted this important event captured in a conference video.
The Project
With keynote speakers filling out the day in the main room and break-out sessions taking place in the afternoon we had to make sure that we had everything covered. Multiple cameras split into teams meant that we didn’t miss a moment.
There were a large number of deliverables, including a sizzle reel. But with stringent media management and cameras all time of day locked together using Tentacles the post production process was a smooth one.
