The Brief
Sony BMG wanted a london based production company to capture there performance of their Mexican artist Carlos Rivera the iconic Abbey Road Studios. Clean Cut Media were commissioned to film and edit these performances over two days in Studio 2. The deliverables were a number of performance edits to play on Vevo.
The Project
Working with the artist, we delivered the concept of a ring of antique lights encircling Carlos ensuring that the focus was on him and at the same time paying homage to our surroundings. We filmed 10 tracks resulting in 10 performance pieces. This one is called Te Esperaba and it has racked up over 40 million views on YouTube. It is wonderful for the Clean Cut team to have delivered something enjoyed by so many.
