The Client: Twinings

The Brief

Twinings make and sell tea around the world. The brand is owned by Associated British Foods and holds the world’s oldest continuously used company logo. With a rich heritage dating back over 300 years Twinings’ HR Department wanted to create an induction video to make new employees aware of the history of tea, the evolution of the brand and the present day company.

The Project

Working hand in hand with the fantastic team at Twinings we developed a concept that portrayed the history of Twinings as growing from a baby tea plant into the established household company it has become today. All the while being sensitive to the company’s unique origin whilst also looking forward to the future.

With just a day’s filming with Stephen Twining at Twinings’ flagship store at 216 The Strand the results show how high end graphics, coupled with a fascinating story can be used to get a clear message across to new employees in a fun and engaging way.

In a nutshell, Clean Cut Media are a great company of professionals to work with. They are more than technically good, and that is enhanced by their great creativity. Firstly they got to know us and therefore completely understood the brief we had given them. The outcome has been terrific, and has really brought the story ALIVE!
